My First Post

Well here I am ready to start the first Directly Fitness Blog. I hope to include tons of useful information to anyone interested in learning all they can about health and fitness. I will include many post on topics ranging from exercise, dieting, workout routines, nutrition, supplementation, and "how-to" guides.
